BOUTIQUE GROUP TRAINING

We offer women only, small (up to 9 people max) group training that combines strength, conditioning, resistance training, cardio and plyometrics. Smaller group sizes not only allows more one on one time with your coaches but also provide a safe intimate space for those who are not comfortable working in larger groups. There is always skills to master and progressions to work towards that are tailored to your individual needs and ability with our phase based training the workouts are more individualized and personal to you and where you’re at. Through both our app based technology and one on one coaching we will guide and help you to understand how to get the best out of your body and maximize your potential as a woman.
