I cannot recommend Body evolution enough! I’ve never enjoyed working out and was always intimidated by gyms but at Body Evolution I instantly felt comfortable, supported and motivated! Exercises are tailored to all fitness levels with small personal classes of incredible women in a modern, clean, comfortable space.

The last 7 months really have been life changing, I no longer just want to “lose weight” I want to be strong and healthy and I feel empowered to absolutely achieve that. I now find myself looking forward to going and even going 5, sometimes 6, days a week because I enjoy it so much!
