Get to know our Lesa 🤍

“Hi, I’m Lesa, a Mum working in youth mental health, with a passion for supporting wellbeing in practical and accessible ways. For the past three years I’ve been teaching yoga and offering restorative sound healing sessions.

Body Evolution is a space that supports me too. I train there alongside my Mum and daughter, so being able to give back to the BE community feels really special. My weekly Stretch Yoga and Restorative Yin Sound Bath classes are designed to help women move well, support injury prevention, slow down, and give their nervous systems a chance to rest.”

You can find Lesa in her classes on a Friday night at 5.45pm & Saturday mornings at 9.15am (plus you’ll see her around during the week when she’s here getting her own training in) 💪🏽

There’s this quiet truth we often bury under the noise of daily life—jobs, school runs, cooking, cleaning, caring for everyone but ourselves. We keep saying we’ll start looking after ourselves “soon”… when life slows down, when things get easier, when we’re not so tired. But here’s the thing:
