Annalise, often called Annie, is dedicated to empowering women through strength training and fitness. She creates a safe, welcoming space for women of all types to learn and grow. Annie is a certified women’s coach and has completed the “Women are not small men” course with Dr. Stacy Sims. With years of experience in teaching dance, competing in, and coaching CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting at a competitive level, she is passionate about helping women discover their true potential.
Hayden is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through both group and personalised approaches. With years of experience designing effective workout programs, he now creates tailored programming for Body Evolution’s small group classes. Hayden is passionate about teaching clients how to move well with safe, proper technique, fostering a positive and motivating environment where everyone feels supported. His deep understanding of nutrition and recovery complements his fitness expertise, guiding clients on their journey to optimal health and fitness.
My love and enthusiasm for health and fitness goes far beyond the physical aspects. I found my passion for weight training during high school and it was the mental and emotional benefits that came along with it which led me to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
I have completed my Bachelors of Sport & Exercise Science at university and began working in the industry as soon as I graduated. I then completed further study and am now a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist.
Jade has been with Body Evolution since the beginning , bringing over 10 years of experience as a competitive CrossFitter and Olympic weightlifting champion. She is deeply passionate about movement, valuing its physical and mental benefits. Jade understands the importance of consistency and how training in the gym can enhance everyday activities like spending time with family, running, and playing football. Her dedication and consistent approach makes her a great role model.
