BE has handsdown been the best gym I have ever attended! Annalise and Hayden take time to demonstrate proper technique always, they ensure all workouts are carried out to protect our bodies and also cater to some who have past or present injuries, aswell as age and fitness ability. The workouts are fun, always different & enjoyable. They motivate you to turn up and always playing great music to jam to!! They definitely make it a gym that you want to be involved in. The range of classes on their timetable are convenient & they also have an added benefit of a Contrast Therapy space, with Sauna and Plunge pool for recovery & wellbeing. Being a woman’s only gym means they cater to women’s health! Everyone that shows up is supportive and friendly, it’s definitely a safe community gym I highly recommend!
