I have been at Body Evolution for 3 months and I am loving it. I love the space, the equipment is amazing, the music is always great. Annalise and her team are very knowledgeable and supportive trainers and passionate about health and well-being. The classes are a great size, where they really help with technique for safe movement. It’s such a welcoming, fun and friendly environment and I’m so glad I found them. I always walk out feeling amazing. I highly recommend Body Evolution to anyone at any age, and any stage in their fitness
